Success is defined by a customer accepting offers on Related Products they are physically viewing in your store location. Accepted offers mean increased sales.

The migo IQ platform tracks accepted offers by the unique bar code identifier generated by each accepted offer. The bar code identifier is scanned into the POS system at the time of purchase. This scanned identifier becomes the basis on which our contractual conversion fee is applied. The conversion rate is individually negotiated and tiered by margin.

Great question! We've designed our machine learning to avoid recommending routinely purchased items. The goal is to increase your sales by expanding a customer's product awareness of available inventory in your store.

Our software will use the routine purchases of your customers to find complementary items to suggest. The recommendations work because they are based on patterns and relationships unique to each customer. Personalization has selling power.

For example, a routine vodka buyer wouldn't receive a recommendation for her normal vodka purchase; instead, she'd receive recommendations on other spirits and ingredients for various vodka drinks that she hasn't purchased previously.

Again, the goal of our platform is to expand your customer's purchases to new and related items.

As a customer receives and accepts personalized offers from migo IQ, their shopping cart grows in variety and number of items purchased. So do your profits.

The more data our platform has from previous purchase history and VIP loyalty database, the better the recommendations become. The migo IQ platform starts at 90-92% relevancy; more data moves the personalized offers to 93-95% relevancy. And the more interaction our app has with each customer, even with declined recommendations, the more accurate our recommendations become.

The migo IQ platform, then, will recommend complementary items and increase the cart size for each customer. In addition, migo IQ will increase customer retention. The platform will notice and remind customers when their routine purchases decrease or stop. For example, if our routine vodka purchaser stops purchasing her preferred vodka, migo IQ will notice the disruption in the purchase pattern and remind the customer.
