Personalized Offers

• This feature is used to enjoy personalized product recommendations generated by the migo IQ platform.
  • The more a customer interacts with the migo IQ app, the more appropriate and relevant each offer will become to the customer's interest.
  • Offers are automatically related to the customer's actual, real-time location in the store, and are particular to each user.

1. Viewing Offers

When a customer is in the store location, the migo IQ app will automatically communicate with the in-store beacons as the customer moves through the store.

The migo IQ app will generate a product or service offer based on the customer's real-time location in the store. The offer will appear on the screen of the mobile device even if the migo IQ app is only running in the background.

Personalized offers will automatically appear on phone. Tapping on the image will produce an interactive screen.

2. Interacting with Offers

Offers will be generated personally according to each user. To accept the offer the customer swipes right, this action adds the Product Offer to the customer's Shopping Cart. To reject the offer the customer swipes left. Each acceptance or rejection of an offer helps the migo IQ platform generate even more customer-specific, relevant offers for each shopping experience. Below each personalized offer is an Aisle Marker, indicating where the Product or Service is located in the Store Location.
